weak days while on??

Any one else get weak days while on?
because of work i normally train pretty much first thing but still my strength is normally pretty good for me, today i was really up for trainin very aggressive as always but my strength just wasnt there, it was chest day, for example last week i got 9 reps wiv 270lbs on flat bench today i failed at 4!!
Any one else had this? i jus didnt understand as my cycle seems to be goin fine my weight is constantly increasing im eatin good and untill today my strength has been great.

i have weak days when i dont get enough rest the night before... get that full 8 hours bro and you should be good!
 
wow.....that is WAY off. That happens to me if I am not on point with sleep and eating....no matter how pumped I go in, that head of steam can be deflated right after the first sub-par set. Sucks....weird isn't it? Some sets I can grab the bar and not really feel strong, but crank out two more reps than I had hoped for going into it.
 
you are def gonna have your good and bad days. but i did notice when i wasnt doing some kind of cell volumizing or pre igniter my muscles were flat. even when i was on. IMO getting your muscles ready to be trained is just as important as the workout......diet being the most important.
 
i normally get 8, but sumtimes 7 or less when im workin because of the long hours and the fact i have to train in the mornin, sucks but i do my best.
 
Training early in the day for me is bad, my lifts are always better later in the day 7-8pm when i'm fully awake and have eaten throughout the day for the energy. Have you started taking anything new or has it been consistent on your cycle. Any new anti-es or anything. I know recently since I started taking Letro my lifts just dont seem to be on point. Some of it has to do with less bloat and my joints have been aching more.
 
my cycle is the same from start 500mg teste and 300mg of deca, the only thing i have changed is dropped the dose of aifm, i was on 4 pumps a day as the lump under my nip felt it was getting bigger and both wer puffy the lump subsided puffiness stayed but i think it must be off the deca as my joints were achin and i looked quite dry since i was on test and deca so i didnt think estrogen could be the problem. anyway i went down to 2 pumps thinkin a lil water will only help my strength gains and size, im up 4 lbs in a week since droppin the aifm dose but strength was shit yday.
 
a normal day when im workin this is exactly how my mornin goes
09.45 two scoops of whey mixed with water
10.00 4 wheetabix with milk, 2 slices of wholmeal toast with jam
11.00 a shake consisten of 30g of whey and 55g of dextrose then head off to the gym,
any sugestions to make this better, bearin in mind 11.00 is the latest i can wait before i go to the gym and to get a decent kip 09.45 is the earliest i can get up.

there are times i feel ive got no chance of do this set but end up doing a couple reps more and feel good. other times can't do it, just happens i guess the human body is a complex thing
 
I'm not sure what wheetabix or how you respond to carbs, but I eat a cup of oats and a chicken breast about an hour before the gym. Then while im working out 23 grams of whey and 60-70 grams of dextrose and this is fine during work out as well as after. During workout it'll increas your nutrient delivery to your muscles,limit immune system suppresion, and minimize your muscle damage.

wheatibix is a breakfast cereal made from wheat thats dried and pressed in biscuit type shapes
