Some of you know I was scammed. PayPal is going to reimburse me my money if the scammer cannot prove he shipped me the product & that I confirmed reciept. Interesting.

Ok.......this is where we use our heads. Maybe we should force all sellers to go through PayPal. Now think about it.......before you flame........
Attempting to buy drugs is a minor offense esp. if you never once possessed what you tried to buy......correct me if I'm wrong here. You can esp. act stupid if anything came down & say the guy told you it was Androspray or some injectable Pro-Hormone that is legal.

Now for the kicker.....no matter what......hehehehehehe
Fraud over the internet using PayPal is a major Federal Offense.....10yrs I think. So if they accept PayPal payment.....they don't give you your shit....? hmmmmmm could be bending over for bubba if you push it hard enough. Solution....create an electronic trail.......now if the source is on the up & up......& took your paypal payment.....he sends you your Gear........no reason for anybody to be pissed or wiser.....he scams you......use the law to take him out.....after all......what you did is minor.......internet fraud.........HOLY SHIT........think about it..........
We can figure a way to insure nobody gets scammed again.

what do you mean by "what we did was minor, what he did is major, internet fraud" if you mean sending money for steroids is minor i dont think alot of people are willing to take it to the law and risk having people find out about them buying steroids. especially only for a few hundred bucks. however, you could use it as a scare tactic to the source, i know if i was a source i sure as hell wouldn't want to risk getting charged with internet fraud. pretty good idea

Paypal is traceable. I don't know about western union, but if you send cash with a tracking number, it won't get lost and it is not traceable beyond the fact that the other party recieved it. You use what you like, I will stick to sending cash to trusted sources.

They don't know who sent the package? then how do you get it confirmed? no.......I'm not nuts......my education requires me to question everything. If you sent a package.....they might not know it had money in it......but they know you sent it. Your name & SSN is being exchanged between computers around the world over 5,000 times a day. Yeah..they know you sent a letter or package. Oh.....& from 10 miles away they can listen into your house or if you were anybody important......they can read your name plate on your shirt from orbit. Don't underestimate the FBI.......I don't. They are using YOUR money to find higher tech ways to get YOU.

Just to inform you, PayPal do not ALLOW to establish accounts people from several countries in Europe, where I live.

I can establish an account, pay and receive money, but what I could not do is transfer THESE money to my standard bank account. No, it allows few countries in Europe including Germany, but not my country.

So, for lots of people especially abroad is PayPal out of use.

Alright bro. They can not trace mail, as far as the sender goes if you dont use you address or name in the envelope or return address. So saying they can is just a little stupid. Two paypal keeps records bad idea. WU and Moneygram you can send under fake name so they cant tell who sent it. So saying paypall is a good idea is kinda dumb, mail , wu and moneygram are smart as far as the buyer goes. Just my two cents.

I don't believe the idea will work. It's better to test the waters first with a source...instead of buying $500 of stuff maybe buy $250 and if that comes in then order the other $250. Once you build trust then buy more. Again a source can go bad anytime but remember there are crazy ass mofo as clients out there. Fuck with the wrong one and he may end up hunting the source down in need of a new trophy to hang on his wall. Can't say i'd feel bad for the scammer though...they should start offering scammer hunting permits. The dream source would be a someone u can pick it up from face to face. Highly unlikely to get scammed that way.
