We have a new addition to elite--he happens to be a well known pro

G-Dogg, no offense bro, but to say that Paul train his ass off is fucking bullshit, unless he drastically changed his training habits within the past year. I used to see him quite often at Gold's Venice when he lived in L.A. and I noticed he was quite fond of the leg extension machine, doing unilateral leg extensions with like only 50 lbs. and zero intensity, I shit you not. I never once saw him train arms,chest, shoulders or abs. He did like to lean on equipment though and converse with other pro's like Flex and cormier on occasion.

One time I saw him doing high rows with like 135 lbs., with horrible form, swinging the weight like crazy. But mostly all he ever did was lackluster unilateral leg extensions and mild cardio on the stationary bike. Hardly a hard ass trainer. In fact, I've seen qwuite a few pro;s train at gold's and most don't train too hard, but Paul took the cake as far as poor training.

Don't get me wrong, I think the man is one of the most genetically gifted bodybuilders of all time. How can he not be, with such a poor work ethic. His genetics are incredible and he could have easily been Mr. Olympia, if he trained even half as hard as Dorian used to, which sadly Paul never did.

I'd like to know his doses. I have a friend who is a pro and his doses boggle my mind. Specifically Test, Deca, and Fina I'm curious about.

Also, does Paul use anti-e's like Arimidex?
 
Anabolicu-whatever your name is, Paul might not train till he pukes but he does train hard, have you trained with him? I doubt it, you can't comment on someone's training if you haven't trained with them-we never miss a bodypart
 
Gdogg, what kind of cycle would Paul recommend for a big rookie(6'1" 235lbs) or an average sized guy(5'10" 180-190lbs) on a first cycle? Just curious...
 
Bro, I can comment on someone's training if I saw them do mainly one exercise (the already mentioned unilateral leg extensions with 50 lbs. tops) on numerous occasions. The guy trained with zero intensity and used to even have conversations while doing that exercise. That is not even moderately hard training in any objective view.

And if you actually read my previous post more thoroughly, you would have seen the part where I wrote that unless Paul has drastically upped his intensity and work ethic, then he does not train hard period. Maybe he does train hard now, like I already alluded to, but you were obviously to slow to catch that G-Pup. But, on the other side of the coin, were you training with him when he trained (if you can call it that) at Gold's Venice? If not like I suspect, then you have no right to comment on how he trained previously. Do you think it just came out of thin air that Paul has always had a reputation for being a lazy trainer? No, it's a well known fact cause it 'was' true, but unlike your juvenile ass, I can't comment on how he trains now cause I have not 'seen' him train recently, just like you didn't see him train in L.A. Nevertheless, I wish him the best.
 
I am not your bro and yes, I have trained with him at Gold's Venice before, I have trained with Chris too and I will agree that Chris trains harder than Paul but I wouldn't call Paul "lazy", we do just about every exercise there is you fag mother fucker
 
So how many grams does he usually have running thru him?
Also what do you think separates paul from everyone else. If he is taking mild amounts of AS only eats 3 times a day and trains somewhat intensly y is he 3 times bigger and 5 times freakier than me? I only weigh 210 eat constantly(almost 7000 a say) and train balls out(puke on most leg days)
If it is just genetics DAMNET
