I'm doing rehab on my shoulder and was thinking of trying this.

1-6 Var 40mg
1-8 Ostarine Mk-2866 25mg
125 mg Test E (HRT)
Liver Guard
No PCT, on HRT

My goal is simply to help with healing and recover with cardio improvement. Cardio is the only thing I can really hit hard right now. I am also in therapy EOD. It's a beotch!

Thanks as always! Any input would help. I can't find anywhere anyone running var and Ostarine Mk-2866 together.

I would think HGH is what would be best for this sort of thing

Yeah, I wanted to but this was the more economical route. Just to be totally honest. I don't like to take the cheap route with my body but HGH would have been like having another house payment for a long time.

I dont think any anabolics are a wise choice for any sort of post surgery rehab. I really dont know how the idea of using steroids for post surgery recovery got started because its fucking stupid. Steroids only do one thing, make the muscle cell grow and get stronger, thats it. gotta let the body heal without the undue stress placed on it with steroids. If youve ever heard of guys getting injured more frequently when they are on steroids such as torn pecs and biceps, thats because the muscle is outpacing the ligaments, tendons, joints and they dont have a chance to catch up.
If you are taking steroids post surgery when you should be naturally rehabbing you are short circuiting the recovery process. People just need more patience when it comes to surgery. Its not like you just pulled a hamstring or anything.

I agree with this 100%...I've had 7 surgeries in 4yrs & have learned this the hardway...there are no such things as short cuts in life....& even when you think you've found one, there is always a catch!

But with that being said...I think you would be ok with running osta/TB500...but just out of curiosity...what's your hurry to heal are you a athlete?

While many AAS would be incompatible, some have been shown to actually help speed/improve healing of joint tissue. I read a thread by someone recently quoting a study showing that Anavar speeds up collagen synthesis which improved and sped up healing substantially. A couple others were mentioned as well - I think EQ and Primo but not positive.

No, I'm a "desk jockey". Lifting, running, boxing, etc. are my hobbies but also my passion. I know it is pure impatience to want a way to get back in the "game" sooner. I'm climbing the walls not being active on my usual level.

I'm going to keep the sarm and drop the var until my body is ready for full function.

I'm reminded of the Chris Rock joke about his dad thinking Robatussin fixes everything. "Just put some tussin on that broke leg!" I guess I'm being just as stupid...."Put some joose on it, that'll fix it!" LOL

Welcome to the world or surgery. ive had 4 surgeries this last decade and i can tell you the only way is to have patience, do exactly what your doctor says, and dont try to get cute and cut any corners or speed up anything or you will only make things worse or permanently harm yourself.

I have to just keep reminding myself it could be worse and people have it worse. I'm sure 4 surgeries in 10 years was a true test of patience. I thought "I lift and shit I can do rehab." Boy was I mistaken. Rehab fucks with your head too!

You definitely learn to master the comeback that many times I will tell you that for sure rob

Whoa SD, easy with that rob stuff

Give him time in service, he hasn't earned a meritorious promotion that I am aware of

Imagine being stuck in WWB on NHCP for 7 months listening to squids

You could have it much worse

I wish I could meet the squid prick that trained on tooth extraction on me. All wisdom teeth ordered out and I get a first timer. A hand full of gauze and a full duty chit. You're right, its been worse.

SD, I can't think past this one to get to four. Hope you're done!

Yeah I had all four done the day before the initial PFT in MCRD. Some jello, milk, a vike and a kick in the ass and that was about it

The squid doing it forgot to suction the blood out of my mouth, so I choked and he actually had the balls to tell me to stop gagging or he was gonna get my Senior lmao I was pissed

Damn man lol that sucks! They plan that shit. Mine was just before field week and I woke up the next morning with a blood soaked sleeping bag. They had me convinced I would be charged with destruction of government property. Good times.

Great for recovery, what are you trying to do? Grow colegene? Heal ligaments and/or tendons?

They drilled my shoulder to make more room for tendons to not get pinched and improve movement. I had sever pain for years and thought it was a torn rotator cuff. When he did surgery the RC was fine I had no room for proper movement so they cleaned all the junk out. It's called Arthroscopic Shoulder Decompression.

I'm just being impatient and wanting to speed and assist my rehab work and make the surrounding muscles stronger, prevent muscle loss all over and help my heavy cardio. Cardio is the only thing I can go 100% on right now. I do treat my rehab very serious and put 100% in it also.

My ligaments and muscles were not damaged during to procedure. Many of my surrounding muscles are sure strictly from trying to constantly protect the shoulder. That was another reason var came to mind. To assist these support muscles.

Oh cool sounds good. Good luck on the rehab of the muscles and yeah you don't want to grow them faster than the ligements and tendons. Glad there was not damage to those!

You still want to cut corners, doesnt work that way

This is exactly why I'm on here. Good guys with good advice. Thanks for all of you looking out for me. Otherwise I would have ran the var and had problems later.

You can still benefit greatly from TB-500 and ostarine bro

Osta can be ran up to 12 weeks and TB-500 can be ran damn near indefinitely. Will cut down your rehab time and get you back in the game sooner

I like the sound of that! My therapist said she's not use to patients actually doing their rehab homework when not there. It's motivating too when I get the happy ending with the arm stretches with my arm all hugged up in her tits. Then come home to more cardio with the wife. LOL

I come home and can't wait to do my rehab. I'm taking it more serious than any training I have ever done.

Just be sure not to overtrain the injury man. That's counterproductive and almost as bad as not doing the therapy at all

I only do my prescribed rehab but I will admit it's hard to not do more. I just take it out on the treadmill. It is also difficult because I have never mastered relaxing.
