I just happened to read this thread, and I'm glad I did. Cycle ended may 18th and I still am not back to where I was as far as sex drive and my boys hanging. This is long after clomid and HCG therapy. So I figured I'd try the Maca (I had some left over from some sups I bought), this was two days ago and I must say my sex drive is noticeably stronger. I don't notice a change in the hangage though. I'm drinking a coffee w/Ginseng and Maca right now (I've been doing the Ginseng/coffee alone for a while w/minimal results). So you can chalk me up on the ya side.
And a big Thanks to HI, if I could or knew how to give you Karma I would.
You spoke with these Africans? How do you know millions of them have used maca for years? Did you read it somewhere?
Point being (since I know I'll have to clarify this one for you), if it "works" for you, fine. But why should anyone on the internet of all places take your advice over documented medical studies? Especially after you point out that one shouldn't always believe everything people say.
plus a 200 percent increase in sperm daily is what I need after a long cycle
One study posted here concluded that maca does not affect hormone levels. Hardly conclusive proof. It may, it may not. This does not mean that it cannot have a positive effect on the body's natural mechanisms of hormone restoration.
No. That is why people are questioning what you say.

Lol if I were looking at a bridge that some guy on an internet forum said was a great bridge, but then I read a scientific report by engineers stating that the bridge was not safe, I would not buy the bridge.
No offense but you are discrediting yourself here HI-- "do you always believe everything people say" not when presented the way you present it.
That said not everything you say is bunk--the hair inhibitor shit works.
