Ways to Think & Act Yourself Thin ?

Apparently MSN posted an article written by Oprah staff about "7 ways to think yourself thin".

Did anyone catch it? I've been 'wishing' myself thin for years now but it hasn't come true so not sure if thinking it would work. If anything, one needs to "think and act oneself thin".

It does work.......for the last week I have been "thinking my penis big".....and "acting my wallet fat".......I can barely sit because of the fat wallet and walking is damn near impossible
 
Hey man I've been thinking myself big, and along with a steady diet and training regime I've gained 17lbs so far, so yeah, it really does work...
 
someone else was talkin about a whole article about this shit and actual research and tests that were done -- evidentally it really does help...

Hehe, yeah I did read about that test, to bad I don't have links but thinking about it does work very minimally, nothing beats actually doing it.

You have what god gave you - it is up to you to carve it. If your upper chest is bigger, it will always be - you will never 'bring up' a weaker body part that is part of same body part (pecs are pecs). You can not isolate the minor from the major. They are not delts.

Im not doubting you, however I dont agree... i know if i focus and work hard enough i can change ANY thing i want considering my body.. shape, size, perportion... anything. Minor--or--major it doesnt matter... there is a study ill bring up connecting the mind to muscle interaction in which some 100 male subjusts were tested, and the half that were put on an workout regimine-had noticable gains in this time tested. Somewhere around a 25-50% increase in muscle mass.The other half were told to only "Mentally" think about their muscles growing and doing the workouts for an alotted amount of time per day... surprizingly their increases on the "mental" group was a significant percentage on average... somewhere around 5% mass increase.

ANYTHING is possible.

Dips, mindset, Eating, Decline bench... Just do it! Determination is the goal here. That alone will make you grow.

Edit-- Ill look around for the actual testing.. my stepdad has it lying around somewhere if anyone is interested..
