Waxy Maize Starch

Post workout I've been using waxy maize starch mixed with some Crystal Light for flavoring (thank you Guardian for that tip).

Looking to add some other ingredients to the mix. Probably, glutamine peptides, leucine, valine and isoleucine, in equal parts for a total of 1-2 Tbsp.

Any suggestions if one of the listed aminos is better than the others or am I just overthinking everything?

I was under the impression that leucine was the best amino for post workout as far as recovery goes.
 
I use 2 1/2 scoops of "CARB SLAM" with a serving of "RAW MCC" directly at the end of my workout followed 15 min. later with my protein shake.


I tried using carb slam along with amp02 pre workout also but noticed no different pump than with ampo2 alone, so to save money I use amp02 pre and WX-MZ post.

that stuff gave me the most horrid farts, was out on a date at the time, i wanted the second part of the date to be at a dairy so i could blame it on the cows.
