Waxy maize, igf-1, whey, and creatine

I'm just wondering how you guys incorporate this into your program.
I'm also interested in if you guys use all, which ones you like and why.
If you guys don't use all of these I think they are something worth looking into. I'm thinking of using the waxy maize 20 minutes before taking creatine proir to working out. Post workout I will take another scoop of waxy maize and then 20minutes later take my igf-1 shot with my whey.

Here is how I "roll": I take 5g creatine with pre workout shake, consisting of 50g whey. Post Workout I take 8oz. HGI carbs, waxy maize, 5g creatine, and 50g hydro. whey. Works for me. I have never used igf-1.
 
Waxy maize seems to be the latest greatest craze. Any bros who have been using this stuff, please tell us what you think. I for one would like to know.
 
Preworkout: whey shake 50g of protein & 5g of creatine
Postworkout: 60g waxy maize & 15g dextrose mixed in 16oz of lemonade crystal light with 5g creatine then 20 minutes later whey shake 50g of protein

igf-1 - never used

slyder it is kinda of hard to quantify the results with the waxy maize. i have been using either waxy/dextrose or dextrose/malt combo for awhile now. i havent been keeping track of the pre & post waxy period. all i can say is that i have made better gains/recovery off the stuff.
 
I follow a very similar regime as 8and20.

1.5 hours Pre-workout: 2 servings of whole wheat pasta flavored with i can't believe it's not butter spray or some dashes of tomato sauce

30 minutes pre-workout: 2 scoops of syntrax nectar iso whey (50g) with 4g of arginine

post-workout: 60g waxy maize with 50g iso whey and another 4g arginine

I feel the waxy maize shuttles nutrients in and out faster than your conventional sugars...I can feel it work faster than the dex/malto combo I have used in the past.

45 minutes after that I'll have a nice lean meal.

Immediately after workout HGH injected IM
20 minutes later IGF1LR3
then WAXIMAIZE only drink.
25-30 minutes later WHEY PROTEIN shake

Hey alin, just wondering why the waxy by it self? its best function is shuttling nutrients(creatine , bcaas, eaa's) along with glucose into muscle cells by spiking insulin. so just curious if it has anything to do with the igf? has this worked well for you?
 
There is some basic science that everyone might want to check into in order to maximize the products they use.
-it takes 75mg's of dextrose to get the insulin response people are looking for.
-it is 50mg's when it comes to waxy maize.
-most protein is too heavy to be effectively carried with waxy maize. So if you are using creating or bcaa's it is best to use those alone with the waxy maize PWO and your protein 20 minutes later.
*I have been fortunate enough to work with people who design diet and supplement routine for pro athletes and they were kind enough to share some wisdom.

so true man,
i have 60g waxy post with 10g creartine and 10g bcaa the a isolate/peptide shake thirty minutes later. it works

I was banging my head against the wall while this guy was explaining it to me using "molecular weight" etc.
After two hours at a show I finally got it. LOL
