I have wondered this as well. I always had my WM after cardio because I wasn't sure what to do. DBG, does drinking a liter of water plus WM right before your cardio affect your performance? I guess you can hit your protein right after cardio then... I will have to try this for a week and see how it feels

I tried after workout+cardio and didn't have the same effect. My muscle did not recover as good
Do the cardio a different time
