I'm going to be upping my water consumption by a lot here shortly to get ready for a couple of shows. My question is I have a very hard time getting down the amount of water that is necessary each day. I just can't seem to stomach that much. I was wondering if I could substitute some of the water intake w/ fresh brewed iced tea instead just to give me a little bit of flavor and variety. I'm thinking it's just water w/ a little added herbs and what not. Would this be ok or for some reason does it have to be strictly plain H20? Not sure also if the caffeine would pose any problems? Anyone who can offer any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
