Guys,
Just got done putting together a sust/dbol cycle.
Going to run 500mg sust weeks 1-10
dbol between 25-50mg weeks 1-5 to jump start
Depending on the results 5 weeks in, I may throw in something else at the end Eq/Var/ or Deca
Also got Nolva and Clomid for post cycle.
Running short on cash, so don't know if I will be getting l-dex

Do OTC water pills help control bloat?
Also I think I may be a little gyno prone. My only other real cycle was Deca @ 600mg for 10 weeks with winny weeks 6-10 and I felt the symptoms of gyno.

When do I take the Nolva? Should I be proactive and start it or reactive and wait and see if the symptoms even appear?

The gyno caused by deca is progestin and that has nothing to do with test-induced gyno so your current cycle should not be a problem. As for bloat, its going to be hard not to hold water when using dbol unless you do have something like liquidex. With 500 mg/wk of test you shouldnt have to worry about running nolva unless a problem arises. As for the keeping control of bloat your just going to have to manipulate your diet to help with that(and never take creatine when on any sort of test).
 
That is good news about the gyno. By manipulate the diet, you mean stay away from sodium? Saturated fat? It's hard enough to eat the way I need to, but I really want to grow and keep 15lbs this cycle.
What about the OTC water pills though?
I'm curious, why no creatine?
 
Out of the 26 people who viewed my post, no one can give me insight to whether or not water pills will help with the bloat?
Also, I was curious about the creatine and not using on test????

OTC water pills have always worked well for me. I retained water like a bucket on a sust/eq/dbol cycle. My blood pressure was elevated to unsafe levels. OTC water pills shedded the majority of the bloat and brought me back to acceptable BP levels.
 
Im thinking no creatine because it is notorious for causing excess water weight and bloat. Thats why so many "appear" bigger when taking creatine, they're holding water. Also, I would stay away from as much sodium as you can since it too causes water retention.
 
I use cell tech an Im on sus/eq/deca?

My waist hasnt gotten bigger so im not complaining I have been watching my sodium intake.My neck has swelled up quit a bit im now 24 pounds heaver is most of tis water?I take Baby asprin every day along with abuncha other supps.So whats Up Huck?:fro:
 
Pumpin: What your precycle scale weight and are you taking anti-e's?

If I was to take a wild educated guess I would say that about 8lb or so was your water. 16lb LBM so far is great.. Sounds fine to me!
 
1.5 gallons should be fine.. I think it's important to have a constant sip going on than chugging huge amounts every 3-4 hours. I notice I can eat more when constantly sipping, keeps the stomach cleared out.
