Water Retention?

I am currently in the middle of a cutting session, but I am retaining shit loads of water and often feel somewhat bloated. Anyone have any ideas of how to remedy this?:confused:

I use Planetary Formulas Uva Ursi Diurate - you'll notice it has more than uva ursi; the blend includes dandelion root and a few other know diuretics. I really like it - I usually only use 1 tablet instead of the recommended 2, but it works like a charm.

Just ask a woman - we have to deal with water retention and bloating every month. :-) Damn estrogen.
 
Lower carb intake, bump fats. Drink more water. Last meal of the day, do not eat any carbs, I removed all carbs after 21.00 in the evening and it made me hold much less water. Carbs from Low GI, the high, medium high GI carbs will make you hold more water. Lower salt, up water.

Helpful Dieuretics:
Potassium
Glycerol
dandelion root
Vitamin C
Black Coffee

All these can be purchased at a local drug store, not hard to get; and will surely improve your water retension. I can't think otherwise, but it seems as if you're doing something wrong if you're on a "cutting" diet and gaining water.
