unless u are really gyno prone, .5mg liquidex would be good for your cycle. you may want to up the dose to .75 or 1mg/day for the first few weeks with the dbol (IF NEEDED), but after that .5 should be fine.
I use and prefer Nolvadex because apart it effective action reduce your bad cholesterol and when you use AAS this is elevated for AAS action so "you will kill to birds with one shot".
Normal dosage is 20 mg ed. I think that this is much so I prefer use 20 mg each three or four days
