Water pills

I'm not cutting right now but I do have some water pills from a. While ago that claim to shed only subq water without dehydrating your muscles. Is this even possible with a simple water pill? Is it just a gimmick to sell basic water pills. It has some magnesium basically to keep water in your muscles and really nothing else.

fiber would be the closest if i'm not mistaken.. the body would release enough to pass it through the digestive system.. but keep water in the muscle/skin..

are you taking in a significant amount of water?? then releasing?? but again, it will release water from all areas.. ..

I would go with more water and more fiber. I end up holding too much sub water from time to time. I just pound down more water and up the fiber intake even using Metamucil sometimes takes about two days to get back to normal for me.

I'm drinking a lot of water but I'm not trying to cut yet. I just bought this bottle a while back to see what the result would be. I honestly hate the thought of dehydrating myself on purpose. How do competitors flex and not cramp up if they are so drained of water? Anyway. I'll start my cut in about 2 months by I wanted to see if a water pill was even necessary.

And maybe I'm wrong and the pros know better than to do this but everyone I've talked to seems to believe you must dehydrate drastically for a competition. This seems dumb to me.

They also do drastic water manipulation and take a shit load of potassium which prevents the shakes I have a buddy who competes he is in Atlanta today for a show and back stage those guys are shot they can barely walk it takes everything they have to be on stage and pose

that sounds fucking horrible. That can't be the only way to look shredded. Depleting your water that much would surely make your muscles look flatter.
