wow. considering the expense of obtaining the source (water) is almost neglible compared to ethanol or tar sands or nitrogen - i don't see anything wrong here. It's just a concept - but still pretty cool.

The only viable alternate energy source imo.

It burns clean is is 100% replenishable......you would not need to drain bodies of water either.

As long as you have a livable bioshpere, you have the components.

Germans were using Hydrogen Peroxide fuel in their U-boats back in WWII.
