water intake

hi,
tell me why is important water intake for fat loss? I drink gallon a day but for me it seem to much, I feel very full as ballon when I drink this amount. I don't understand how someone can drink 2 gallons water...is too much isn't it? :mix:
 
2 gallons, WOW, I hope they keep a bladder bag nearby!!! Or some empty bottles, LOL! I usually get through about 3, 24 ounce sportpacks of water at work, and plenty of water at the gym water fountain, and I don't seem to look to bloated? I have heard that the colder the water, you can actually burn more calories, dont know if this HOLDS WATER or not, but!
 
If there's alot of sodium in your diet, you will hold on to alot of water, and it will make you look and feel bloated.

Neither very little water nor huge amount is not good
 
Water helps your metabolism run smoothly.

When you drink your gallon, is it throughout the day, or all at once? How long have you been drinking that much? I ask because your body will adjust. My body is so used to high water intake, I can drink 1/2 gallon in about 5 minutes, easy. I feel full for about 15 minutes, then I feel fine.
