water intake question.

At least 1 galloon. Usually not more than 2 though.

I can live with pissing 15 times daily, but 25-30 times daily gets annoying. LOL
 
i drin kalot of gatorade.. i now each bottle is 150 calories but it taste soo fuckin good.. i love fierce grape fierce melon riptide rush and watermelon
 
Hyponatremia is simply a deficiency of sodium in the blood. Meaning that drinking excessive amount of water can flush out your nutrients/vitamins and alters your gastric juice pH, lowers the sodium in the body, thus will effect the electrolyte balance. which is a big no - no.

Just dont drink THAT much, just drink sips throughout the day (1-2 gallons) should be plenty because the large quanities of food that you consume also gives out alot of water, especially protien. (up to 2-3 liters daily)

Drink 1 - 2... that's all you need...
 
we know that most of us would drink 1-2 gallons of water per day but what about the pros? anyone has an idea of how much they drink before a contest to get shredded?
 
1-2 gallons on cycle is plenty, when off cycle anything over 1 gallon is dangerous unless you live in the dessert or are subjest to work/life conistions which cause lots of sweating.
