Water Boarding

Anyone still agree with this statement?
Waterboarding looks like something I would do to my little brother when I was a kid.

I still don't see it as torture. I think torture relates to pain and this does not. This is no different than me having to go see a scary movie with my bride - hate that shit but when it is over it is over. Not like I am walking around the rest of my life without my thumbs or something like that.
