Watched The Grudge Tonight

FVCKING LAME....mix between nightmare on elm street, the ring, and a really dumb sci-fi channel movie. there were a few scary parts, but the movie just kept on getting worse and worse through out the film. half the people in the theater were laughing when it was suposed to be scary......if i could get my money back i would...... save yours!!!

I heard from 2 people last night that it was scary...

I want to check out the reviews before I go to see it. Anyway, critics said that some really great movies were not worth seeing (and btw are classics today). Maybe I'll waste the 9.00 to go to see it.

What's the ending and plot of the movie?

That little dead Chinese boys are supposed to be scary I guess. I don’t know

It wasn’t like an “OH WOW” ending; it was more like a “OH how gay, that’s it?” ending. There isn’t a catch, or a twist.

Basically every time it shows the house (which is like every 5 min of the movie) something happens. It’s not tense because you know you’re going to see the stupid fucking Chinese boy or the girl from the movie “the ring” (the ring 2 looks kind of good btw)

Honestly there are 3 or 4 parts of the movie that will make you jump and give you chills, but the gayness of the rest of the movie out ways the cool parts and will totally ruin it for you.
it’s like they took that chick from the movie the ring with the hair all in her face and tossed her in this movie and had her make this sound like a retard, like she’s trying to talk or something Eeehhhhhhhhhhhhhh every single person that saw the film was making the sound after the movie making fun of it.

Maybe a lot of you will like it, I don’t know, because I thought the movie the ring was queer as folk, and it had a decent story line, this movie is basically just to scare you and make you jump, but most of the people in the theater (including myself) were laughing half the time.

I can defiantly see scary movie 35 or whatever totally making fun of this film. Ehhhhehhhhhhehhhh

Agree with you BBB,it had a couple scary parts and good special effects,but the plot was quite predictable,and the overuse of the little boy actually DILUTED the scary factor quite a bit.They should have done more with the female spirit,she was pretty creepy.I like how she materialized out of the shadows on that security camera shot.
