hey freaky....my personal favs are salmon and tuna sushi. Add wasabi to soy sauce to make a thick soup, keep adding untill tasting causes eyes water, nose burns, burn travels up sinus to scalp .....uuummm uuummm sooo good

Just bought some wasabi powder the other day...you get the same effect on steaks, chicken, canned tuna.....WASABI...its whats for dinner

The stuff your eating is dried mustard paste with horse radish, seeweed for color and about 2 mgs of true wasabi. Wasabi is freakin expensive.

I swear they never give ya enough. I finished 6 california rolls with my lunch and it didn't phase me.
I love the salmon. Don't know about the tuna. Have you had eel? Sounded a lil creepy for me.

I always get too cocky with the Wasabi.....

A Japanese buddy of mine says Americans use too much wasabi and soy sauce, and that it kills the taste of the fish.

Apparently theres some sort of sushi etiquette that I don't know about.....

Sake Bombers....take glass of beer, place chopsticks both on top of glass, carefully place shot of sake balancing on both chopsticks centered. Strongly hit fists on table (group action here), sake shot falls into glass....CHUG
