Man, I picked this book up, just for entertainment purposes and so I could become more informed on all the new diets out there......is this shit crazy? One friggn all out meal a day? In the pm, eat until you are full and then eat some more???? Does this make any sense? Granted, I just started reading it, but it appears thats the theory. Correct me if I'm wrong, but SUmo wrestlers do the same thing and look at them.
