Warrior Diet Journal/ Avg joe

Ok, gentleman/ladies.
I saw a youtube video of guy who appeared to be in great shape, start this diet. Actually it was posted on this forum. I figured it wasnt a fair comparison, because the average joe doesn't really look like this guy. . .
I'm going to strictly adhere to this diet,. . to the best of my understanding. My workouts will be the crossfit "WODS", with alot of extras on the side. I might have emergency field problems, ftx's(army). So it will make it even more realistic for people how have life emergencies.
Every day I will post what i eat, when i do it, and the work out.
Supplements:
Jack3d, Kre-alkalyn, and sustain alpha.
Stats as of 29 Nov 2009
5'9, 25 yrs old, 165lbs, BF% 11.00(home caliper set)
Current Pt test results:
70 pu, 80 su, 12:38 2 miles run

30 NOV 2009 Day one, KINDA ROUGH, i was hungry throught out the entire day. I ate so much at dinner, my stomach hurt.
@0730 a cup of coffee
@1000 protein shake w/o milk
@1230 half a bagel w/bp (guide said you could have some food the first few days) REALLY REALLY HUNGRY!
@1600 I had 2 tablespoons of pb, i had to eat something before i worked out!!!
@1645 Weight at time of work out 163
Did 5 min warm up on tread mill with ballistic stretching
Did 5 sets of 3 reps of front squats 135lbs! FIRST time every doing just front squats
Did 3 rounds of 10 burpee's and 30 situp or crunches
@1830 ate at ryans,3 chicken legs, 2 slices of prime rib, 2 pork chops, mac n' cheese, broccoli, potatoes, honey chicken, roll, biscuit, rice crispy bar, 2 cookies, ice cream, 2 slices of pineapple.

Seated curl, drop set on each side had 1x10 lbs 1x5 lbs 1x2.5 lbs plates. Did 10 reps and droped the outer most weight. for a total of 30 reps
Front hammer curl 25 lbs x 10
Side hmmer curl 25lbs x 10
Standing alt grip curl, wide normal narrow grip.
,30 lbs 3 reps in each grip
@1730 Eat time, 3 slices of deep dish meat lovers pizza
@2000 Eat time, had 4 fried drum sticks and 4 oz of trail mix
@2100 Eat time, weight gainer shake, 600 cal and 60 gms of protein

what happened, you didn't quit already did ya?
i'll be starting mine on monday. i've been slowly transitioning to eating WD style for a couple weeks now.
 
^^No i was called into the field for 2.5 days. I have to eat in the field when its 17 degrees outside, or i will freeze to death.Funny thing about this diet, it doesn't really work for modern warriors. Today is rest day from the field so, i'll do the diet but not the WOD

@1500 1 slice of wheat bread and 1 tablespoon of pb

i think the only perfect diet for any one person is one that your body likes. how does this type of eating make you feel? i'm not following the diet exactly, pretty much just increased my cals in the under eating phase because i'm pretty active during the day.

i'm gonna update the warrior diet thread in the diet section with some thoughts. dont wanna hijack your thread.:)

I don't think I can continue this adventure! I steped on the scale today and i've already lost 4 lbs!!! I felt so weak today, I was struggling with 155lbs on the bench!!!!!
 
oh that sucks. but its a good idea to quit if its not working out obviously. have you tried to manuplate the diet more. i start getting more denser cals toward the evening an hour or two before my workout.
