Waring Signs of High Blood Pressure...

Hey Fellas,

I'm currently on 40mg dbol ED right now and recently showed some of these symptoms of high blood pressure that I thought I'd share... :coffee:

Signs and symptoms sometimes associated with high blood pressure include:

Excessive perspiration (alot of sweat)
Muscle cramps
Weakness
Frequent urination
Rapid or irregular heartbeat (palpitations)
Dizzyness,
Dull Headaches
Nosebleeds

Headaches, dizziness or nosebleeds typically don't occur until high blood pressure has reached a more advanced stage Even so, most people with the highest blood pressure readings don't experience any of these symptoms.

BP can be checked for free in 80% of drugstores and big box grocery stores so there is no reason anyone should'nt do it a few times a week during a cycle .

I checked mine last sunday while the wife picked up a few viddles .. simple and easy

yeh, but if your arm fits in that machine you aren't doing something right!!! and even if it does fit if you read them it says for the average size arm, 9-13"....a larger arm will give a higher reading, just like if a doc uses a standard cuff on an extra large arm, it will give a higher reading

True to a certain extent but it's a close enough reading to figure out if your heading for trouble or not ... a few points off here or there is nothing , but when you 20plus in the wrong direction from normal then i'd be heading for a profesional checkup .

Everyone should know what there own basis is .........
