Small problem....

Geneva Convention applies to Prisoners of War.

Lindh was an "American Traitor" thanks to how the USA twisted the law to suit their ends. That exempts it from the Geneva Convention.

In case nobody can tell, this was sarcasm.

Not defending what Lindh did, but let's face it, the whole "treason" case was about making an example of someone, not justice.
