Thanks for all the help. I'm a little concerned about deca. It is easy on the body but it shows up in testing for a long time. I was thinking of doing the Arnold martial arts expo this coming March but being honest with myself I don't think I will be ready. So I am going to wait one year and compete in Chinese form, Karate form and kumite. About 20 years ago Doc-Fai Wang invited me to compete in one of his tournaments. I thought it was going to be a local shootout and showed up with cutoff blue jeans and tee-shirt. It was international competition! The judges were the champion of Beijing, the champion of Shanghai and the successor to Chen Man-Ching's school. Everybody had costumes and I felt underdressed but I took fourth.
I think I had cancer for at least ten years. I kept going to Kaiser with all sorts of weird problems. They kept telling me nothing was wrong go home. The thing that saved me was I fellout out of state. I was in so much pain the hospital I went to put me on a morphine pump. I could give myself a shot of morphine every six minutes if I wanted. Kaiser wanted me to get on a plane and come back before I could be diagnosed!! The doc at the hospital wouldn't go for it and sent my biopsy to the Mayo Clinic and they diagnosed me with cancer. SO when I went back to Kaiser they couldn't jerk me around.
My advise, if you have Kaiser and think something is wrong with you, pay the money and go to a different doctor. Have them run all the tests needed to find out what it is. Then with the data go back and have Kaiser treat you. With that said, it's not the doctors at Kaiser, it's the administration. They set the "acceptable" range for the tests they give. You have to be out of range before you can see a doctor. The people that give you the tests are third world low cost labor, not doctors.
It's like my wife said. "That's how they cut costs. They don't treat you, they just let you die!!!"
