I am thinking about competing and I am looking to start slow. I am 24 years old and I am 180 pounds and maybe a little under at the time. I have been off everything for almost four years. I only did a few light test / dbol and a little Decca…Well I’m back now in the gym and doing well I’m hitting the NO2 and Creatine/Protien

Good diet
Oatmeal/eggs/protein shakes
Olive oils
Chicken/tuna/round steaks
I need to bulk up some, Good thing is I bulk and my waist stays at 32 all the time and im about 5 ft10-5ft11

My questions: Where should I start, The state wide comp is in July so I cant even enter for a year, so that gives me a year or two if I want. What should I do for cycles…Cycle all year round..? Do a few small ones…

I have good experience to and been trained by a few OLD SCHOOL bodybuilders...

here ...i tried to upload it ...i think he was even a novice and super heavyweight...I have been told I would be middle weight...I think I can get to 200-210 and hold...anyways just day 1 and a thought ...we will see where it goes...
 
Dont go for the state title I think your in for a let down just enter a local novice show see how you do then work up from that.

as far as cycles I'm not a drug expert i'll let others give that advice.

sounds like you have a good diet but are you eating anough of it 6 times aday for 3000k min and prob closer to 5k when your on cycle?
 
your caloric intake should be 3-5k based upon your metabolism faster metabolism higher caloric intake.

I agree first start off with with a more localized comp and then work your way up from there.

when you plan your cycles do not forget your pct as part of the cycle and order all at same time this way you have not started your cycle and still trying to figure out pct
this is big mistake I see very often

i have been eating two pro complex weight gainers a day 55 gram protien/85 carbs no sugar /3g of fat

2 shakes of pure grinded oatmeal with two scoops protien powder a day as well

so my protien and carb is up

then i eat spagh with ground turkey and cheese for my bulk meal

lots of greens

what cycle do you need to compete?

should i stay on for a while...? do a few bulks and then cut before the show 16 weeks out?

want cycle advice and help
I also want to stay on human grade or test anavar and stuff that was designed for humans ...

please help guys! girls!
