Hey bro whats the name of the website to the guy in your avatar?

I think that is the site that had some cool calculators for bench dead and squats. You would input your max and it would give you a workout based around your max so as to increase it in 8 weeks I think it was. If that isnt the website that does that do you know of one that does?

Ive seen it before but now I cant find it.

Very interesting site. Im going to play with it a little myself. Im curious as to how they calculated everything.

The 1 rep max calculation is very interesting. Supposedly i should hit 501 on bench...hmmm...to much weight on my shoulders.
 
try it out..periodization will only get you so far..for some it will work for others it wont..just like anything else..have to remeber coan wrote most of his stuff for drugg assisted powerlifters..so take everything with a grain of salt..

I started his dead routine (natty) and wound up tweaking the back..it was extremely difficult..but im gonna give it another shot someday..

I never put to much stock in those calc..someone as experienced as you should know what they can and cant do

You know im gonna tweak with it a little, well probably a lot since it doesnt contain enough volume. However, ill check things out and see. Im starting to get board with some of my numbers/routine on chest, so i may implement some of the numbers. Chest for me is a bitch to train hard enough, ive got incredible stamina with my chest. This week i kinda set a mini PR with 405, i got it for 7 after doing 365 for 10. Previously i had did 365 for 7, then 405 for 7. But i wont be satisified till i can get the 365 for 10, then 405 for 10.

you said to me you wish you had my enthusiasm for squats/deads..i wish i had yours for bench!!!! its creeping up though ;)

It's by far my favorite and best exercise. Im pretty much an animal when it comes any kind of pressing movements. I do really well on bench, cg, and militaries.
