Yes, a VERY large part of it.... diet is 50-60% of growing when doing any type of AAS cycle. Focus on this first.
I all the work outs u have listed i do. In fact 2 years of my lifting was in power lifting classes. I worked just as hard as the next guy but never got any gains, id get sore as hell for 3-4 days but try adding weight and fail.
Skip the power-lifting, find yourself a good mass-building routine. Train more often (at least 5 days a week).
My friend on the other hand never lifted a day in his life (bodybuilder friend) got him into dbol, 6 months later he was jacked.
Your friend probably gained 75% or more of water and then lost most of it.... guranteed. Nobody gains that much muscle in 6 months - just not possible.
I'm not looking for super gains, but i wouldnt mind gainin 20-30lbs and increasing my strength. Dbol seems like a good way to do it.
You don't think 20-30lbs isn't "super gains"? Any serious bodybuilder would be thrilled to gain that much (and keep it) after years of hard training and serious AAS use.... you're not going to gain 20-30lbs off of D-bol, or any other AAS and think you're going to keep any of it.
Finally, d-bol only cycle is CRAP! If you could search through this board, you'd find that out pretty quickly....and I'm sure you're going to get flamed ALOT for this.... do more research... when your diet and your workout routine are in check, then a test-only cycle is the best option for a beginner.
Good luck!
