want to start cycle tom....help please!!

hey guys im 6'5 220 with about 15 percent bodyfat....got the goods on hand today.......
15 bottles 250mg/ml test enthanate
100x10 mg dianabol
3 X 5000 IU in amp & 3 X 1ml amp of water solution
1200 mg of nolvadex
This is the first cycle ever and looking to bulk up some....
This is all i have and all i have access to at this point in time.....I was planning on taking week 1-12 250mg per week test enth
1-4 either 30 or 40 mg of dianabol

little confused about setting up the pct
what would be the best time to use the hcg? and how much?
and two weeks after the last shot start the nolvadex two weeks at 40 a day and two weeks at 20 per day......

any thoughts or suggestions thanks guys

any cop with half a brain would realize thats too much for personal use

i try to consume 6000 calories a day....eat alot of tuna chicken rice eggs vetables; corn peas green beans.....fruit ect.....i drink 3 protein shakes a day and try to get down a gallon of water a day...i know im going to need to increase the water intake....

yea bro you may want to clarify that you have 15 AMPS not bottles.

LOL.....but all in all I think its a solid little cycle. you should do well, I would get some adex or my fav aromasin in case the dbol activates your mantits. youll thank me later.

6000 calories a day?
thats 1000 calories 6 times a day.

please write your diet down for me
from morning to bedtime.

I'm very curious at how your getting the 6000 calories (from what sources)
and staying at 15%bf and how long you have been eating 6000 calories a day?
weeks,months?

list each meal and its caloric intake.(guestamate)

6000 is allot of calories, although i must add that today is my very very high carb day and im consuming 9200kCal. Ive just finished my oats and im still hungry --- must be the bold and tren:)

Its a simple simple day of eatining:
2kg of oats and 1.5kg of chicken breasts with 1 Whey shake and 1 Cassein shake.
That is 1200g Carbs and 650g protein and 200g fat. = 9200 kCal
---------------------------------------

Must add that im carb cycling and normally only consume 100-150g of carbs.

dude come on...my granny works at bob evans so i go there and eat like 9 pan cakes and some biscuits and gravy....i must say that some damn good shit....then a hour later i stop at gold star chili and see my cousin and he gives me 5 chili dogs....then its off to krispy cream were my ex girlfriend works...i wont go there....then i go to golden corral were im aunti works...they have some damn good steak.and beans..and when its all said and done its about 6000 calories....


no but really I said that i try to consume that much a day....my job requires that im on the move alot so i don's have a set meal planned...i just try to consume some thing healty ever couple of hours along with proteins shakes....i mean shit u dont have to call me out and get up on my nuts like that....

On a serious note diet is so important in this game.
carry around a journal or a log book
write down every thing you eat for a couple of weeks.
You should have a set plan for this .Often I have to cook and prepare food days before hand.make sure to have the food cut up weighed out then packaged and put into a cooler to bring along with me the next day .
Or find myself eating garbage while out and about.
Its a lot of work shopping, cooking,packaging,cleaning, then doing it all over again .
Its alot cheaper to.
I cook a pot of brown rice , bake some sweet potatoes, make salads,cook 20 chicken breast at a time,cook big pot roast stews,making a 40 egg omlette
then eating 1/3rd each day so breakfast is made for 3 days .
and so on.

i appreciate it man....i have much respect for many of people on this board...i am new to this and leaning everyday. i know that I should have a set book of what i eat and how much. {and how in the hell do u make a 40 egg omlette and store it} but like i said this is my first cycle...so im going to diet right..sleep right...and work out like a mother f**ker and see where it takes me. thanks again bro
 
6000 calories is a lot, but I know a guy that during the night wakes up every 2 or 3 hours to eat (not exactly sure which one)............freakin nuts if you asks me but If you did wake up in the middle of the night 3 times that would give you 3 more meals and 6000 calories wouldn't be impossible to obtain, but thats still a lot of food. So you could have 10 meals a day plus protein shakes, and that would definitely add up fast. But then again I doubt the whole broken sleep thing is good for your body, but that guys a monster, probably 6'3 320lbs......and power lifts, so he ain't lean lol.
 
take one bell pepper and a onion ,throw it into the dicer
i then use 30 egge whites and 10 whole eggs into a giant bowel
Mix the eggs and veggie with a wisk.
Pre heat oven to 425
dump egg mixture into pan then cook for 20 minutes
take it out and dump a bag of chedder cheese ontop.

I use a glass pan witha plastic lid for storage eat a section each morning
usually last 3-4 days

The time it takes to cook one omellet might as well be creative and cook 3-4 of them it really take about the same amount of time.

As for your cycle eat alot and sleep alot and eat clean!

Only once a week ghost. Try it. 2 kg of oats is 7200 kCal. I feel shit from eating that much but i know i must eat, and its only once a week
