Thats just how it is. Stop doing everything your doing for training right now and look at yourself in 6 months. I f your like me you will look like you never really were big at all, But the good news is muscle-memory. Another 6 months of hard training,diet and maybe a little gear and BAMB-BLOWIE, your back. Its a beautiful thing.

As far as his conditioning pretty impressive if he did absolutely nothing (and he didn't look fat it lookedd like roid gut ugh) I mean he didn't resemble his pro form obviously but for doing nothing he still had mass and if he is happier more power to him. HE got to the top of the heap didn't find happiness and his interviews always seemed like he was more interested in his band and a jack and coke more than BB.

always liked kevin levrone, one of my favourite bodybuilder.
but it still seems sad that he hasnt done anything to keep any of his mass.

he was one of the greatest in my opinion.

Having gone to lunches, dinners, bars and clubs with Kevin when I worked with him I think he is happy to just blend into the crowd now when in public. Everywhere we went he got stares. I know that got old for him after awhile.

Just my opinion from what I know of him and his personality.

im no where near a probodybuilder size and i get fuckin stares everywhere i go and i bet alot of guys on here do too
