it helped me solve two issues and have now adjusted my training.

great site when you look at where the bicep attaches on both ends .It makes it obvious that raising the elbows takes stress off the biceps during a curl . also on phase 9 where the muscles are removed it shows both insertions on the forarm on both sides and scaplua .No where should the humerous ever be raised up during a curling motion. Only the deltoid attaches to raise the humerous .also it puts in play the supination of the forarm ( the twisting ) bringing the pinky across to the outside of the arm during a curl to get the full flex of the short head on the inside creating the " peak" that a bodybuilder wants. Plus it mentions raised to the face the bicep does a weak flexion meaning if you can isolate the arms ona machine out infront of you and take away the delts from getting involved to can work the muscle even further prob hitting the coracobrachiallis a small muscle that runs inside the upper arm between the tricep and bicep (long and short) body fat has to be real low to see that muscle.
