500 cal deficit from your maintenance caloric intake
2x day low intensity cardio 45 minutes each, preferably fasted..
50mcg t3/ 100mcg t4
and cycle the clen 2wk/2wk..
the t3 will cause some muscle wasting, but should do the trick..
carb cycling, or no more than 50g complex carbs per day..
you'll feel like shit, but the weight will drop..
