I'd like to develop a new routine that combines power movements with a few hypertrophy movements. I only want the hypertrophy movements to maintain the muscle mass that I have attained. Aside from that, I want to be powerful. To make my statement as short as possible, I want to be able to go through a brick wall by using any muscle I have. I know I'm not where I could be in terms of neuromuscular development. I want that too. You all get the idea? Help me out here?
