Want advice for a first cycle

Im 31years old 6'3" 211 lbs. Ive lifted natural for nearly 10 years, but have never achieved the results I wanted. My bodyfat is roughtly 12% . I want to add mass before I cut for summer any suggestions on a short cycle?
 
Ok for an 8 week mass cycle:

Wks 1-4 Dbol @ 35mg ED
Wks 1-8 Sus @ 500mg EW
Wks 1-8 Decca @ 400mg EW

Here the Decca should be 400mg for optimum effects, and the Dianabol at the onset helps kick start the cycle while you are waiting for the longer acting Deca and test to take effect.
Nolvadex should be on hand in case symptoms of aromatisation become apparent. Clomid should be used post cycle commencing at 14 -- 21 days after your last Decca jab. Preferred dosages are 300mg day 1, 100mg next 10 days and 50mg last 10 days (21 days in total). You may hold a lot of water from this brought about by the Dianabol and the testosterone but this can be reduced by the use of Nolvadex / Tamoxifen at 10mg ED
The dosage of Dianabol may be divided out through out the day and taken every 3-4 hrs as it has such a short half-life.
The SUS and the Deca can be split down into 3 shots per week: 250mg of test (1ml) plus 100mg of Deca (1ml) mixed into the same syringe, and another of 200mg of Deca (2ml).

What is required to order for 8 weeks:

Anabol (Dianabol) 5mg 100 Tabs * 2
Deca(Norma) 100mg/ml 2ml * 16
Sustanon (Karachi)250mg 1 Amp * 16
Clomid (Anafarm) 50mg 24 Tabs * 2
Nolvadex 20mg 30 Tabs * 1

You could put on a good 15lbs. if not more on that cycle, provided your diet is in order. Eat well, get plenty of sleep, train hard and heavy, you should see excellent results. That's a classic bulking cycle.
 
its all in what you eat and your work ethic bro.....

my first cycle i ate like a pig, 300g protein, maybe more...just ate and ate and ate.....coming off my bulker food almost made me sick...Realistically you can expect to put on about 15lbs, providing that you are not close to your genetic limit...if you train appropriatly and maintain a healthy diet, you should be able to keep 85%+ of your strength gains....
 
That is a good point which i did not mention AAS are not muscle in an amp or tab. You will ONLY realise good result sif you get your diet, training and rest optimum.

It is hard to say what results you will realise as everyone is genetically different. The cycle i have mentioned is a good solid base IMHO which does produce good results if you stay commited and focussed. You need the calorie intake as discussed.

just run test only dude. you dont need 2 or def not 3 compounds its just a waste. wait to see how your body reacts to the gear before you start stacking. some people grow better off smaller amounts of gas. run test at 400 or 500 mg/wk. eat like a pig and you will gain.
 
02gixxersix is correct. you are in a perfect position to make great gains and yield the full benefit of steroids. i have been juicing for years and my favorite cycle is 500mg test cyp. give your body a chance to see how it responds to different compounds and you will be able to decide for yourself what works best. we all grow and react to different compounds differently. if you use cyp to start try prop next time or deca etc.. good luck

I would run ldex at least .5mg day from the start to play it safe since you do not know how much estrogen you will convert - if you get into it 3-4 weeks and still feel no bloat or other e issues, you could cut back the ldex slightly until you feel some water coming on. IMHO this is a better way to learn your body reaction than to go into the cycle with no anti-e and then try to react to any issues. At that point your blood levels of e have already gotten out of hand and you are playing catch up.

And there are many who made very good gains on 200-250mg week first cycle. At this dose some dbol the first few weeks is OK but I would avoid deca like the plague.

Whatever dose, shoot up twice a week or every five days or so to keep blood levels most even.
