Wanna good laugh

I was at the gym a liitle while ago doing squats when I heard a huge noise. Turns out some was preparing for squats and put three plates on one side of the bar and nothing on the other side. It tipped everything over, there were plates and bars everywhere. The whole dam gym just stopped. Talk about embarassing.:D
 
Thats great. I saw a dude load 400lbs on one side of the leg press. It was priceless. He was really going to impress everyone.
 
I'm ashamed to admit that several years back at the end of a hard workout I did the same damn thing. I was completely out of it though. My blood sugar was probably though the floor, and it was only with two plates...
 
Every timne I do that, I just throw shit around in a fit of rage and run everyone out of the gym. I never learn.

that is so funny cause the same exact thing happened in my gym yesterday....they must have been twins!!
 
Fuck gravity. I agree that the appropriate follow up to an embarrassing situation as described above would in fact be to find somebody's ass nearby to kick in a fit of fury. Then fucking load the plates up again all on one side to prove you're not scared of shit like that (ie. falling plates, loud and frightening noises, injuring small nearby children playing around the squat rack...).

Exactly. Every time I work legs, do bench... I get this shit. I just like to cause a ruckus in the gym. The best is when I throw the dumbbells through the windows every Tuesday.
