someone in my office "explained" this one to me the other day - I don't think it would really work.

It does make sense, and everyone does drink and drive. Well everyone who goes out does so it boils down to who gets caught. It would be my luck though to be arrested as I was leaving to get some beer or make the phone call, then I would also have leaving the scene of an accident. I guess I meant that I only think of these things when I am drunk.?

Taking into account your Bodyweight, the amount of time since you called the cops, your Blood Alcohol level would then tell them the true story. Right!!!
