Walnuts are good but there high in salt. Go to the store and buy a bag of unsalted ol' school peanuts. Your walnuts seem pretty low on protein. Check those out....see how they are
for keto i think walnuts are the way to go.. they are one of the lowest carb and the combo of omega 3 and omega 6 cant be beat for other nuts. as for fat.. a keto diet will be higher in fat. In moderation they work well for keto.
