Walking VS Running / Contest Cutting.

Holy shit, he really does that every time for cardio??? With his mass and that kind of an incline, that just looks painful after a while lol.
 
I actually used to walk fast on an incline, but took up running about 2 months ago, and I prefer running now. I think I look better, and I definetely feel better. Im not ready for a 26 mile run or marathon or anything, but can definetely hang for a few miles..
 
From what I understand running is better for shorter periods of time, but after like 20 mins it causes acid build up too much in the muscles. Walking fast paced is better if you got time from what I understand it is less likely to cause the acid buildup that destroys muscle and actually burn fat longer.

Sorry for the idiot version of the explanation, but I have read this in a few studies and tried it myself and I feel I can burn more fat walking fast for an hour+ than running for 30-45 mins.
