Hey W6,,oook heres my deal,,,i am on my ox cycle for 4weeks now.
The problem is,,, i do not feel like my muscles are Hard. I feel soft alot of the time. i have cut alot of my cardio,,,i only do spinning 2x's a week
My diet is 240p/140C/30f
i am trying to build more muscle ,,,,but i also think im retaining water. Could that be the reason i feel soft?
I dont know what im doing wrong
