Yeah I didn't enjoy it either so I didn't give it enough time to see if it aided in fat loss.
I'm all for taking a supplement before a workout as an energy boost. I'll pop a 200 mg tab of caffeine and feel nice through the entire workout. I enjoy Stacker 2s as well. They both make me feel connected to the weights and alert. Redline, on the other hand, made me feel almost cold and made me shiver. I felt myself paying more attention to the jittery feeling than I did the task at hand.
