Volume controls -- Am I wasting my sust?

Am I wasting my sust? Injected 2cc yesterday using a 3cc syringe w/ a 23G 1.25" pin and when I was finished I noticed there was still some oil in the tip (plastic part)... there's no way I can tell it outta the needle and into the muscle... do Organon compensate for this by adding slightly more than 1ml?
May seem trivial but it's fuckin annoying!

You will always get a little left in the end of the syringe and needle base weather you are using the redi-ject or a normal syringe. That is one reason people complain that their vial was under filled. By the time they do ten injections from a vial they have wasted a CC or so. I don't know if Organon has compensated for this by adding more. I doubt it. Also the larger the syringe, the more is waisted per injection. (3ml vs1ml)

It has always been my impression that they made the syringes like that there was no way if properly aspirated, a syringe had no air left behind.
