Vitex

Sup guys. I wanted to know if anyone has tried vitex to get rid of small lumps in the nipple area. Let me know what your results were and what the dosage was. I hear femara is pretty effective for this purpose also...

Femera is real good. I used it a while back while I was doing a short dbol cycle and started to get little lumps under my nips so I started using it at 2.5mg ED and withing a few weeks it was gone. People say 5mg ED is the way to go but it worked fine for me at 2.5mg ED. About vitex never have used it. Hoept his helps you out.

I bought some a while back for when I began my fina cycle but I have not used it yet as I have not needed it yet. (knock on wood)

Vitex did jack shit for me at up to 2g daily. Bromo helped though at 1.25mg twice daily.

Vitex is worthless for me, but has worked for some.

I'm on 100mg ed tren and 400mg wk prop with 1500mg vitex and 20mg ed nolva and havnet had a problem yet. knock on wood

Bump for the responses. Is there any bad sides when taking vitex? I was going to give it a shot if theres not too much to risk...
