I picked up some Vitargo, which is a creatine-based waxymaize....it features 60g of complex carbs and is intended to be post workout. Up until now, I've been using BSN's True Mass for a post workout drink, which features about 70g of carbs (although I don't know if they're complex or simple).
If I use the Vitargo immediately post workout and the True Mass about 20-25 minutes afterward, is that too many carbs or can the body handle it properly??? In other words, I'm trying to figure out if I should go back to using Isopure Zero Carb 20-25 minutes after my workout since I'm now using Vitargo, or if sticking with True Mass is ok....
I'm 180lbs, 15%BF, currently the goal is bulking, 30 years old and currenly on cycle.
