I used to always take them in the am with my morning shake but now am thinking it may be more beneficial to take them directly after my work outs along with my insulin spike and isolate cram (you know during the golden hour).

also along with the fact that vitamin b can have anabolic properties, thus refraining from going into a possable catabolic state directly after a heavy lift session.
So, what or when do you all take your multi to maxamize results?
