If it were me, I wouldn't waste too much time & energy on this brother. Just make sure to get yourself a nice milti-vitamin, rich in anti-oxidants. The anti-oxidant groups are the most important to BB'ers. Free radical buildup is kept under control when anti-oxidants are used after a workout.
Don't take too much Vitamin A, if you ever do get too involved with vitamins. Long term exposure to too much Vitamin A can weaken bones.
