Just curious if any of you are taking any off the shelve vitamins year round. Right now Im off and just taking r-ala. Im planning to start up soon here in the next few weeks and was planning to throw in some Saw Palmeto and Milk thistle. Can you recomend and other supp's that are beneficial to keeping a body healthy and making the best use out af a cycle and food for best results? Thanks in advace. Coming cycle with be 400-600mg test per week and maybe some winstrol if I can get a hold of some.
