Ok, I have read that taking Vitamin C before workouts helps protect your NO stores which in turn gives yuo better blood flow to muscles and better pumps. I have also read that vitamin D, especially D3 increases the thermis effect of a meal (how many calories are used to digest your food) and boosts overall fat oxidation. I was wondering if I shuold take vitamin C in my pre workout shake, like 20 mins before hitting the gym or about an hour before hitting the gym around the same time i take caffeine? I was also wondering how efdfective Vitamin D is and when I shuold take it?
