Vitamins and Supplements?

Ladies,
What Vitamins and other supplements do you take? What do you like? What do you think women who eat a healthy balanced diet and workout 6 days a week (weight training and cardio) need? I currently take:
Women's Ultra Mega Multi Vitamin from GNC
Fish Oil Capsules (1000mg)
CLA (1000mg)
Vitamin C (1000mg)
Amino Burst
I also use Designer Whey Protein Powder.

I am thinking about switching to the Animal Pak. Lately I have been getting headaches. So I am wondering if I am getting too much of a vitamin or mineral? I am thinking maybe I need to take a break and get everything out of my system. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
 
Headaches might be due to low water or low carbs .... I don't think vitamins can cause that .... but I could be wrong.

I take plain old Flintstones chewables. :)
