anyone here use vitamin c? I was about to buy some and was curious as to how much a weight trainer should use per day.

any help? thanks

good antioxidant ,also a few things ive read mentioned that it keeps cortisol down who knows , spread dose as evenly throughout the day as possible,vit C is water soluable and flushes from the system over time ps vit A,D,E, andK are fat soluable and need a meal with fat intake to absorb properly as such they stay in the system better than the water soluable vits. yeah i know this shit is boring but its important :)
 
I use 2000 mg /day , vit c is the most important vitamin IMO

I use 2000mg a day and anywhere from 2000-5000mg when I feel a cold coming on. Take once in the morning with a meal and once in the afternoon with a meal before you work out(that is if you work out at night). Its real cheap too, just buy a big bottle at costso and make sure it has rosehips.

thanks so much to all of you for your input.. you know, even if I wasn't "into gear," I'd still use this place. Can't beat this place for all the info that's out there.
