I can't watch it, that shit sticks in my head. I could tell by the way the puppy was hanging from the soldier's hand that it wasn't dead.

To those who watched the video, did he say anything, were they laughing about it?

I can understand why having dogs roaming an airbase could be bad, but damn why shoot them?

I'm not in favor of shooting the dogs. However, shooting the dogs is lots different than throwing them off a cliff, filming it, and celebrating. There shouldn't be any joy in having to euthanize an animal. That guy is just a sicko.

Yeah there was another guy in the video also that leans in and says "Ahh what a cute little dog." then he lobs it off the cliff. Then they say "That was mean." without emotion, it's fairly twisted. The dog was not dead, it was alive you can hear it yelp when he throws it.
